New operational principle

The Timmer Glue Pump is operated by compressed air (ca. 6 bar). The driving piston is connected with the fluid piston via two external piston rods.
This type of construction prevents that the glue is getting into the pneumatic sector. As the glue is conveyed upstroke as well as down stroke there is only minimal pulsation.
The integrated heating system combined with the electronic control system ensures a constant temperature which is programmed via the display

Container Glue Pump

The container glue pump is used for filling cold glue from a container into a bucket.

Example of application: labeling machine
In the glue container is the glue which has a temperature of about 15°C. The container glue pump fills the glue into a 20-litres-bucket and heats up the glue to about 25°C. The desired filling quantity of the bucket is regulated by a pneumatic stroke counter. The heated glue can be used immediately for labeling. The most important function of the container glue pump is to provide heated glue which is ready for immediate use.
